Good food

Good food is nutritious because it keeps your body healthy.  

Good food is nutritious because you need good food so you can stay on a healthy diet. You need good food to have a healthy and fit body. If we didn't have good healthy food  we wouldn't be healthy and fit. You need fruits and vegetables like apples bananas carrots and lettuce. Good food is vegetables and fruits. You don't have to eat healthy food all the time you can eat unhealthy sometimes like once a week to be healthy. It's not good to eat bad and rotten  Food everyday will make you sick And your body,bones,brain it's really  bad  For you health.You should Fruits  because it is imported   to   keep your body healthy and fit .  And it's not good for you to drink  Coke it has more than lots of sugar And sometime when you drink too  much you  Could get diabetes and die !!!!You should eat good food all the time and sometimes have a little treat and it's really good if you are on a diet because you can get fit. And you can also do workouts and do running and drink energy drinks so that will give you some energy. And you should have fruit for breakfast so you can go for a run after. And getting fit at the jim will make you strong. If you do all of this everyday you will be fit by the end of the year.

    You have some fantastic posts promoting health eating and why people should dogs. Which I completely agree with. I have a dog myself. Her name is Halia and she is a Red and White Border collie. She is super friendly and is always ready for a game. Her favourite is hide and seek but she’s not very good at the hiding part.
